Dental X-Rays

Prevent and detect oral health problems before they turn into serious concerns.

Dental X-rays can be useful for planning some types of treatment and for detecting certain issues. They help us to see things that are not always visible during regular exams. It's the best diagnostic tool for uncovering the health of your teeth, mouth and bones. We use them to help us determine the status of your gum health, detect any new cavities, or to evaluate the development of your teeth.

The frequency with which you will need to have dental x-rays depends on your overall oral health. If you are suffering from dental decay or disease, you may need to be x-rayed every six months. If you are in good oral health, you may only need a dental x-ray every couple of years.
